Some counselling methods
During counselling sessions with me, some people have found that talking about current and/or past relationships has been useful to understand how some relational patterns have been internalised and how these impact on them.
Some people have found using mindfulness useful as a way of grounding and de-stressing.
Other people have found talking and reflecting about their experiences or images of being in or close to nature has offered moments of inner stillness and restorative calm.
For some people, connecting with their creativity by using imagery has helped them gain deeper self-awareness and others have connected with some tightly held emotions/beliefs that have been newly understood, felt and let go.
